Shipping

Please allow 3-8 business days for orders to be delivered, delivery times are subject to change and may be longer for international orders.

International orders, depending on the product, may acquire import taxes, customs inspections, or other possible fees on arrival in your country. Ryu Works is not responsible for those circumstances.

 

Return Policy

Parts and accessories sales are final. Most products are not replaceable therefore not subject for returns/refunds, this excludes any Ryu Works branded merchandise.

*Customers located in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, for any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at contact@ryu-works.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. You then have 14 additional calendar days to return the item. Upon receipt in original condition, we will issue a full refund — including the original standard shipping cost — within 14 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.*
