Service Fees
- 14% of item cost — Includes receiving, consolidation, handling, and import logistics services. Minimum service fee ¥3,000.

Terms of Service
- All costs are due once an auction is won or a purchase is finalized. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed.
- Ryu Works is not responsible for items arriving from sellers in a condition different from what was described or shown. While uncommon, this can occur when purchasing used items. Please request additional information before committing to a purchase if you have any concerns regarding condition, authenticity, or completeness.
- Once a bid has been placed or a purchase has been completed on your behalf, the order cannot be canceled.
- Estimated arrival dates are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. Shipment schedules may change due to logistics, customs processing, weather, port congestion, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
- Customers will receive shipment updates as they become available. Our goal is to process and dispatch shipments as efficiently as possible.
- Shipping rates listed on this page are estimates and may vary depending on final dimensions, weight, packaging requirements, and destination.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
- Ryu Works reserves the right to publicly share photos and videos of imported items, shipment loading/unloading, and warehouse operations. Customers requiring confidentiality should contact us before placing an order.
- Ryu Works is not financially liable for loss, damage, delays, or issues occurring outside of our direct control, including those caused by sellers, carriers, freight providers, customs agencies, or third-party services.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
